Oct. 15, 2025 // Leading researchers and clinicians from Stanford, UNC-Chapel Hill, Dana-Farber, Weill Cornell, UPenn, Washington University, Moffitt Cancer Center, Harvard, Johns Hopkins, Indiana, OHSU, Texas A&M, Memorial Sloan Kettering, MD Anderson, Georgetown, USC, and University of Maryland gathered for the 2025 JKTG Symposium: Improving Breast Cancer Outcomes – Revealing and Targeting Tumor Immune Interaction. Sessions explored immune detection, regulation of the immune response, and immune effector function therapeutic response.

“Practice makes perfect isn’t true, only perfect practices makes perfect,” said Ted Giovanis, JKTG Foundation founder and president. “In research the same holds – the right people and the right focus, get better and faster results to inform our collective scientific direction. This symposium brings the right people together so diversity of research, talent and thought can work together for our common advancement of science.”

This was the 9th annual event. Stay tuned for announcement of the 2026 Symposium date.
